Clements Agency Group has successfully reduced the Rateable Value of a Shop on North Parade in HA8 5QH. Clements Agency agreed to a reduction from £15,250 – £13,500 in the 2017 assessment with the Valuation Office. As a result of this reduction the occupier now gets 50% SBR.
